What’s in the box?
This resin kit consists of 1 components which allows you to make 1 miniatures which are provided unassembled, and clean-up required.
What To Expect from Our Model
Our Models are printed to an incredible high standard, using 8K resolution printers that can print out highly detailed prints with sharper edges and corners at micron-level accuracy and grey abs like resin that has better toughness, non-brittle and has excellent abrasion resistance than other resins. All models are washed, left to dry and then cured. This ensures the surface is clean and ready for priming/painting.
3D printing requires the use of supports to properly print models. Similar to spues, these can leave marks on the surface of a model. We use best practices when removing these supports to reduce damage to the model. However, some small nubs or pits may remain that require light sanding and cleaning to remove, or you can upgrade and have us clean the model for you.
Please note with the clean-up service, you still may have some clean up required on parts potentially missed or to bring it up to your personal standards.
Some of the digital files supplied to us contain a kit for assembly. In most cases, we will ship these as separate parts to better ensure safety during transit. Please note that plastic glue/cement will not work with resin models; for assembly we recommend a general adhesive, such as superglue.
Scaling
When it comes to scaling its always difficult for models to be the exact height and then is confusing when the model is smaller or bigger than excepted, this is because the scaIe 32mm is just a rough measurement and each artist / designer use their own scaling methods including the artists and designers we use which for example a 32mm scale dwarf from one designer could be bigger than one form another designer.
To make things easier for you to gauge if this model would suit the game system you are playing, we have included height measurement's on our images, Height – This simply refers to the full height of the model from the bottom (lowest point of foot depending on pose to the models head, and does not refer to the height of highest point on the model for example if it has a pike / spear in hand.
Shipping and Processing Times
As a rule, our processing time varies from 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the order, and the availability of printer space. We try to process orders as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience. If you need a model quickly for a specific event, please get in touch – we can’t guarantee our ability to rush an order, but we’ll always do our best.
Domestically (within the UK), our orders are shipped using Yodel as standard with tracking number updated upon shipping.
Internationally, orders are shipped using Royal Mail International tracked – tracking number updated on shipping.

Model Quality You Can Trust
Our miniatures are printed using state-of-the-art 16K resolution printers with high-quality resin for superior detail, durability, and non-brittle strength. Each model is washed, dried, and UV-cured before shipping for a clean surface ready for primer.
Model Preparation
Models are printed with supports, which may leave small nubs. We remove these using best practices, but light sanding or clean-up may still be needed.
Cleaning and Washing
Even though your model has been pre-cleaned, we recommend giving it a gentle wash before painting to remove any residual oils or release agents. Most hobbyists follow these steps:
- Warm Soapy Water: Fill a container with warm water and add a few drops of mild dish soap. Submerge the miniature and gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush (like an old toothbrush).
- Rinse: Rinse the model under clean running water to remove soap.
- Dry: Pat dry with a soft towel and let the miniature air-dry completely before priming.
- Optional UV Cure: For extra durability, place the model in direct sunlight for 30–60 minutes, turning to ensure even exposure.
- Support Marks: Inspect the model and lightly sand any remaining marks using hobby knives or fine files for detailed areas.
Assembly Note
Some kits are shipped in multiple parts for safer delivery. Superglue is recommended for assembly—plastic glue will not work on resin.

Miniature scale can vary between designers, even if labelled 28mm. Our models are designed to match standard tabletop game scales, but differences in sculpting style and base size may slightly affect measurements.
