Thank you for shopping with KnightsOfLunar! We want your miniatures to arrive safely and promptly. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked for reliable and fast delivery.

Processing & Production Time

The majority of our products are made on demand:

• Miniatures: Estimated production time 10–15 business days

• PLA Terrain: Estimated production time up to 30 business days

Please allow an additional week for national holidays, such as Christmas. Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays, or after 16:00 GMT will be considered as placed on the next working day.

Important: If your order contains products made from different materials, it will not be shipped until all items are ready.

Once production is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail 48hr Tracked tracking number.

• UK: Free standard shipping on miniatures orders over £35

• International: Free standard shipping on orders over £100

Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

• Royal Mail 48hr Tracked: usually delivered within 2 business days after dispatch

European Union & International Orders:

• Delivery may take 5–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

All times and dates are estimates only and given in good faith.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Items

• Once your order is with Royal Mail, title and risk pass to you.

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at knightsoflunargames@gmail.com. We will assist you with a Royal Mail claim and help resolve the issue.
