Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at knightsoflunargames@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions above (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
