Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
We take quality control seriously and will always work to make things right.
Your Right to Cancel (UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel:
- You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be returned unused and in its original condition
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Important – Made to Order Items
All Knights of Lunar miniatures are made to order.
Under UK law, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or custom-made to a customer’s specification.
If your order includes custom scaling, modifications, personalised bundles, or special requests, these items may be exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.
If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns (Non-Faulty Items)
If you wish to return a non-faulty item within the 14-day cancellation period:
- Items must be unused and unassembled
- Items must be returned in protective packaging
- You are responsible for safe return delivery
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect returned items:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
If a replacement is arranged instead, we will prioritise reprinting and dispatching your item.
Printing Characteristics
Due to the nature of resin 3D printing:
- Minor support marks or small surface imperfections may be present
- Light sanding or priming may be required before painting
These are normal characteristics of the production process and are not considered faults.
