Our miniatures are printed using state-of-the-art 16K resolution printers with high-quality resin for superior detail, durability, and non-brittle strength. Each model is washed, dried, and UV-cured before shipping for a clean surface ready for primer.

Model Preparation

Models are printed with supports, which may leave small nubs. We remove these using best practices, but light sanding or clean-up may still be needed.

Cleaning and Washing

Even though your model has been pre-cleaned, we recommend giving it a gentle wash before painting to remove any residual oils or release agents. Most hobbyists follow these steps:

• Warm Soapy Water: Fill a container with warm water and add a few drops of mild dish soap. Submerge the miniature and gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush (like an old toothbrush).
• Rinse: Rinse the model under clean running water to remove soap.
• Dry: Pat dry with a soft towel and let the miniature air-dry completely before priming.
• Optional UV Cure: For extra durability, place the model in direct sunlight for 30–60 minutes, turning to ensure even exposure.
• Support Marks: Inspect the model and lightly sand any remaining marks using hobby knives or fine files for detailed areas.

Assembly Note

Some kits are shipped in multiple parts for safer delivery. Superglue is recommended for assembly—plastic glue will not work on resin.

Scaling Information

Miniature scale can vary between designers, even if labelled 28mm. Our models are designed to match standard tabletop game scales, but differences in sculpting style and base size may slightly affect measurements.

• Measure the base and height of your miniatures to ensure compatibility with your existing models.
• Consider base sizes for terrain and movement space in your game.

• Standard processing time: 1–3 weeks, depending on order size and our current print queue.
• Larger orders may take slightly longer due to the printing and curing process.

• Shipped with Royal Mail Tracked services for security and peace of mind.
• Typical delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders

• Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
