Big Things Are Coming to Knights of Lunar

Over the past few months, we've spent a lot of time asking ourselves one simple question...

How can we make Knights of Lunar better?

Not just better at selling miniatures, but better for the hobby community that has supported us from day one.

When we started Knights of Lunar, our goal was never simply to become another place to buy 3D printed miniatures. Our ambition has always been much bigger than that. We want to build one of the UK's leading tabletop hobby brands, a place where people can discover fantastic resin miniatures, enjoy miniature painting, share their hobby with others and feel part of a genuine community.

That means we can never become complacent.

We're constantly listening to feedback, reflecting on what we're doing well and, just as importantly, recognising where we can improve. Sometimes those improvements are small, and sometimes they mean completely rethinking the way we do things.

We actively welcome constructive criticism, even when it's difficult to hear. In fact, we're often harsher on ourselves than our customers are. We believe that's one of the reasons we've continued to improve, and it's something that will always be part of Knights of Lunar.

Over the coming months, we'll be introducing some of the biggest improvements in our journey so far, all with one goal in mind: creating a better experience for every hobbyist who supports us.

Our Monthly Mystery Boxes are designed to bring that excitement back every single month.

Each box will be packed with fantastic value, premium resin miniatures and plenty of surprises along the way. Our aim is to make opening each box feel like an event, whether you're a painter, collector or tabletop gamer.

🎨 A Completely Revamped Painting League

This is probably the improvement we're most excited about.

After running the first few months of the Painting League, we sat down and had an honest conversation with ourselves.

The competition worked.

People entered, painted some fantastic miniatures and submitted their finished work.

But something wasn't quite right.

It felt like a transaction rather than a journey.

Members bought a miniature, disappeared for a few weeks, emailed over their finished photographs and then waited for the results.

That isn't the experience we want to create.

The Painting League should be about far more than simply winning prizes.

It should be about sharing ideas, celebrating progress, encouraging one another and enjoying the hobby together.

That's why we're making some big changes.

Over the coming months, we'll be introducing:

• A dedicated Painting League Facebook Community.

• Work in Progress posts throughout the month.

• More interaction from the Knights of Lunar team.

• Painting discussions, tips and advice.

• A Community Choice Award, voted for by fellow members.

• A Knights of Lunar Champion, selected through official judging.

• Better recognition for everyone who takes part.

• More regular updates and communication throughout each competition.

• A stronger focus on helping painters improve, regardless of experience.
